TEAM PROCESS
Beginning this project, it was clear right away as a group we all have different strengths and to our advantage we are all very different so we all bring very different points of view to the table.
We made a decision to make Madeleine Team Leader and Design Lead based on her leadership qualities and edge for aesthetics. Roty was clearly fit for the role of Curator and Research lead based on his attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile in his research. Sydney was perfect for the role of Archivist and Organization lead based on her savyness with technology and organizational strengths.
This journey has consisted of the three of us meeting 2-3 times a week during flex and spring break brainstorming and furthering our ideas. It started small and grew bigger with all of the brainstorming, writing and doodles our minds came up with.
